Sturdy, lightweight reversible pallet for heavy duty shipping or storage. Made with 100% recycled High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) from the Dominican Republic or the Virgin Islands.
Features
- 12 rubber stoppers (TPE) on the top cover.
- Grooved rubber plugs keep the deck from slipping off forklift tines, especially in wet conditions. The grooves at the bottom of
the plugs also help drain water. - Plugs extend slightly above the top deck, acting as a non-slip for carried goods.
- 8 additional rubber shoes (TPE) reinforce and the corners of the pallet, where it suffers the most damage during its useful lifespan. These shoes also help secure stacked boxes and crates.
- 10 reflective yellow plates that form a center line, ideal for operation in low-light conditions. This feature has a proven track record of significantly reducing forklift blade damage in the CSD and brewery industries across Central America and the Caribbean.
- Better performance than wooden pallets.
Benefits
The culture shift from wooden to recycled plastic pallets brings other advantages:
Environmental
- Recycled material from landfills, beaches and oceans, let you contribute to reduce-reuse-recycle.
- Save resources and avoid the CO2 produced by raw material manufacturing.
- Help maintain tropical forests by preserving trees that produce oxygen and capture CO2 instead of cutting them down for wood.
- A safer pallet for food and pharmaceutical use.
- No need for treatments (heat treated or chemical).
- Durable: With proper care, the pallet can last for years without repair. You can even recycle it again, so the value
of the resin is maintained indefinitely simply by adding a small percentage of additives.
Practical
- Lighter than a wooden pallet.
- Fuel economy.
- Uniformity: Tare weight, exact dimensions.
- Less downtime on production lines.
- Hygienic and easy to clean.
- Durable, safer, weather resistant.
